There's a little bird

누군가 보낸 작은 새가 있습니다

That somebody sends down to the earth to live on the wind

바람 위에서 살도록 세상에 내려 보냈습니다 

Born on the wind and he sleeps on the wind

바람 위에서 태어났고 바람 위에서 잠듭니다​

This little bird that somebody sends

누군가 보낸 이 작은 새는

He's light and fragile and feathered sky blue

가볍고 연약하며 하늘색 깃털을 가졌습니다

So thin and graceful, the sun shines through

너무 가늘고 우아해서 햇빛이 스며듭니다

​

This little bird that lives on the wind

바람 위에 사는 이 작은 새는

This little bird that somebody sends

누군가 보낸 이 작은 새는

He flys so high up in the sky  

하늘 높이 날아 오릅니다 

Out of reach of human eye

인간의 눈 밖으로

​

And the only time that he touches the ground

그리고 땅으로 내려오는 단 한 번의 순간은

is when that little bird

그 작은 새가

Is when that little bird

그 작은 새가

is when that little bird dies

그 작은 새가 죽는 때입니다
